Publisher Description
Buddha Prayer Wheel offers an unlimited worship capacity. It doesn't need an internet connection or telephone network. It can spread the prayer of the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" everywhere with you.
The Prayer wheel (mani chuskor or mani korlo in tibetan) is an object of worship used by Tibetans practising Buddhism. Activating this prayer wheel has the same spiritual value as reciting the prayer of the mantra.
The prayer wheel is the same principle as prayer flags, these little pieces of coloured fabric, printed with sacred prayers, suspended a little bit eveywhere like garlands, along paths, in the mountains, on house rooftops, on bridges and temples, in the Himalaya region (Ladakh, Tibet, Nepal, Sikkim and Bhoutan). According to tradition, the wind disperses these prayers into space, so that they are transmitted to everyone whom they touch.
Buddha Prayer Wheel offers the opportunity to spread the Tibetan national mantra "om mani padme hum" into the air. In the buddhism mahayana, this mantra of compassion has a universal radiance. The prayer wheel can also help you to find mindfuless, freedom and peace.
In accordance with tradition, this prayer wheel turns clockwise, so that the mantra can be read in the way that it was written.
It's strength is to turn freely and indefinitely, no matter where. In the car, at the airport, the station, at sea or in a plane, at work or at home, while out walking or during your meditation, this prayer wheel can permenantly and discretely diffuse this mantra of kindness all around your smartphone.
In this way, Buddha Prayer Wheel offers an unlimited worship capacity. It dosen't need an internet connection or telephone network. It can spread the prayer of the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" as if you were pronouncing it.
Like the traditional prayer wheels, you can turn it with a finger (always of the right hand). You can also activate (or interupt) the bell to help you to find mindfulness. If you set in motion, the bell rings every fifteen minutes.
